How are sports officials being retained?
Sports officials are retained through yearly training opportunities and required meetings. Training opportunities are created by the State and also by local associations and groups. Meetings include one State meeting and four local meetings for each sport officiated. These meetings offer opportunities for officials to connect, learn, and get better.
